At ZoviCart (a product by Flugelsoft Labs), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data of customers interacting with our WhatsApp Business Bot and in-app webview storefront.

When you interact with our WhatsApp bot and shop inside our in-app webview, we process the following information:

• Verified WhatsApp Identity: Your WhatsApp phone number (wa_id) and WhatsApp profile name provided via the official Meta Cloud API.
• Delivery Details: Recipient full name, delivery address, city, state, and postal code entered during 1-step checkout.
• Order History: Products ordered, variants, subtotal, transaction timestamps, and delivery fulfillment status.

We do not require you to create passwords or perform manual OTP verification. When you tap our “Shop Now 🛍️” button inside WhatsApp, Meta passes a cryptographically signed HMAC-SHA256 session token containing your verified phone number. This token automatically expires after 24 hours and cannot be forged.

All digital payments (UPI Intent, Google Pay, PhonePe, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking) are securely processed by Razorpay and/or Stripe via PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateways.

We only send transactional WhatsApp messages related to:

• Welcome interactive catalog button when you message our bot.
• Instant order payment confirmations and invoice receipts.
• Shipping progress and package tracking links.

We strictly do not sell, rent, or trade your phone number to third-party marketing brokers.
